Dr. M.A.K IN-SERVICE TEACHER'S ACADEMY
  • Continual education program (CEP) for staff of sister institutions, to update their knowledge and latest methodologies.
  • Organizing short-term, long term trainings, workshops, seminars,symposiums, conference for teachers and students.

Rahath Bagh [ Al-Ameen Destitute Home ]
  • Started during 1993-94
  • 50 orphan, destitute, battered inmates.
  • 25 inmates are getting grant of Rs. 400/- per moth from Women and children Welfare Department.
  • Functioning under the supervision of of Advisory committee. House father and a couple wardens are serving them.
  • They are looked after on par with residential scholars – no discrimination.
  • Many orphan, poor, deserving day scholars are also being assisted by Rahath Bagh.
  • The results/performance of these students is better than other scholars.

Every wing of the Hostel is supervised by wardens and Ulamas. (Deenyath Teachers)
 
     
The inmates are provided with an individual cot (single and two tier cots) and locker to keep their belongings safely. The hostels are equipped with toilets, bathrooms with hot and cold water. The hostel function under the watchful maintain discipline and cleanliness. The wardens perform the dual duty; they also act as study guides to the inmates.

A separate hostel for girls with lady warden is arranged

 
     
  Dining Hall and kitchen

The campus has a vast dining hall for serving food to the inmates. A multiple washbasin with round the block running water and a separate hot water facility is part of the dining hall. The kitchen has centralized gas based cooking system in an area adjacent to the dining hall with storerooms.
     
  Food

A committee headed by selected members from among the resident staff and hostel inmates prepare the menu, monitors and supervise the dishes and recipes prepared. Utmost care and vigil is maintained to provide nutritious and hygienic food (veg & non veg) for physical and mental development of the inmates.

DORMITORY RULES AND REGULATIONS
 

  1. The ultimate authority to maintain discipline and order in the dormitory rests with the warden assigned to that dormitory.
  2. It is incumbent that every student who resides in the dormitory has to obey the warden and follow the rules and regulations to maintain discipline and order in the dormitory.
  3. The student has to reside in the dormitory to which he has been allotted request to change the dormitory or to live with friends and brothers will not be entertained. 
  4. Ragging of any sort will not be permitted either on the campus or in the dormitory.
  5. As students come from different regions and cultural back grounds, they have to learn to respect each other and develop fellow feeling and good will among all students. 
  6. Thieving, robbing, stealing, lying, cheating, rumor mongering, using things with out the permission of the owner and mischief making on the campus or in the dormitory will entail summary dismissal from the school.  Mercy appeals will not be entertained at any cost.
  7. Absconding from the school by jumping compound wall, will be treated as a crime unpardonable which will result in summary dismissal.
  8. wearing improper dress, improper hairstyle, using abusive language, shouting and singing in the dormitory, ill-treating fellow students, showing disrespect to teachers / wardens / supporting staff will be treated as misbehavior  which will entail punishment or fine or both and the parents will be informed immediately with a request to withdraw the child.
  9. Students not focused on studies, showing poor performance in tests and examinations will be counseled first to alleviate their problems if any.  If the student fails to show subsequent improvement and progress in studies, such students will be debarred from the school with a notice to the parent.
  10. Time management is crucial for the progress and prosperity in academics and all round development; hence students should follow the time schedule religiously
  11. During school hours the students should be in the school, during prayer time in the mosque; rest time in the dormitory and during study time in the class room or as the warden decides. 
  12. Any student who is not following the time schedule will be questioned and appropriate action will be against such student/s
  13. Causing damage to the school property / fellow student’s belongings will be treated as an unpardonable crime and will be punished severely.
  14.  The rules and regulations have been implemented to create an environment of peace and harmony and to achieve the goals which we have avowed to achieve such as academic progress, excellent performance and future prosperity and happiness. 
  15. Parents and students are requested to co-operate with the school authorities and enjoy the progress and development.  

BAGGAGE RULES

  1. Every student is allowed to bring only 10 Kg of baggage along with him. Extra baggage will not be permitted in the dormitory.
  2. The baggage should contain only very essential things such as:
    1. Casual dress 2 sets
    2. Under garments 2 sets
    3. Prayer dress  2 sets
    4. Bathing towels 2 sets
    5. Toilet slippers 1 pair

Admission procedure
Assalamu alaikum
Welcome to al-ameen residential school

To complete the admission process of your son / ward, you are requested to follow the below given guidelines.

  1. Obtain the admission form, from the school’s office
  2. Furnish all the details as required in the application form
  3. Paste a Stamp size photo of the student to the application form
  4. Attach the requisite photocopies of testimonials such as School’s leaving certificate / Transfer certificate & progress report of the previous class
  5. Submit the filled in admission form to the office
  6. The office will arrange for a simple entrance test which the candidate has to take.  The test is designed to know the academic potential of the prospective student and appropriateness of the student to the class to which admission is being sought.
  7. The principal will conduct a personal interview with the candidate along with the parent
  8. After mutual agreement and satisfaction, the child will be granted admission in the school. 
  9. The requisite school fee has to be paid immediately to confirm the admission. 
  10. Non payment of school fee within two working days will automatically result in cancellation of the allotted seat. 
  11. Payment of fee by cheque is not accepted, only cash / DD will be accepted at the school’s fee collection counter. 
  12. On admission you have to submit original transfer certificate (countersigned by the appropriate education officer of the region) and progress report of the previous class along with 5 passport size photographs of the student to the school’s office.
  13. Non submission of original certificates will entail in cancellation of admission.   
  14. FEES ONCE PAID IS NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-TRANSFERABLE / NON-ADJUSTABLE AGAINST ANY OTHER CANDIDATE. 
  15. Once the admission formalities are complete the candidate will be allotted the dormitory in which he has to reside.  The school reserves the right to allot appropriate dormitory.  Request in this regard for change of dormitory will not be entertained at any cost.
